Ontario Northland Transportation Commission (ONTC) is hiring Conductor Trainees for 5 positions at Englehart or Cochrane home terminals. Training is provided with a guaranteed path to Yard Foreperson, Conductor, or Engineer and a supportive, safety-focused workplace. The role offers a training wage and exposure to CROR procedures, with real-world crew experience on passenger and freight trains. This is a union position with long-term growth.
