The role

We are hiring licensed real estate salespersons on a part-time basis of about 24 hours per week (4-hour shifts). You will focus on pre-construction sales to investor clients, using leads the company provides.

What you'll do

- Respond to and nurture assigned leads
- Advise investor clients, locally and globally, on pre-construction options
- Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM
- Schedule and conduct site visits
- Carry deals through to closing
- Grow a base of clients who come back and refer others

Additional salary on achieving sales targets | up to $26,000/yr |

Gross on target | $50,000/yr |

Incentives on achieving targets | up to 30% of net revenue |

Schedule

1:00 PM to 5:00 PM shifts. Tuesday to Saturday in the office, Monday work from home, Sunday off.
