You'll support strategic recruiting initiatives, ensuring candidates receive a smooth, engaging,



and consistent experience throughout their journey.Manage redeployment efforts by identifying top talent nearing contract completion and ensuring continued engagement.

Develop high-quality shortlists from large applicant pools while prioritizing talent retention and redeployment. Support data tracking and reporting on candidate experience metrics to drive continuous improvement. You have completed post-secondary education or have at least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.

You have strong written and verbal communication skills and enjoy building relationships. You're detail-oriented and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
