This role is for a 18 month maternity leave coverage and provides tailored recruitment support to clients across multiple industries and geographies through direct sourcing, running advertising campaigns, and creative outreach. You will research, build, and grow a talent community, help develop our recruitment function and collaborate with our internal team to convey our employee value proposition.

reference checks and hiring documentation; Develop and execute cost-effective and creative resourcing strategies that meet the needs of our clients Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches and recruiting activities and accurate utilization of our Applicant Tracking System Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related discipline At least two years experience in recruitment or HR generalist position in a fast-paced work environment Passion about knowledge and researching new talent sourcing channels and creative ways to attract and engage with quality candidates Quality, consistency, and drive for results demonstrated reliability and ability to be flexible Option to be set up as a contractor or employee Mondays and Fridays work from home #
