Reporting to the Manager, Practice Recruitment, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and administrative roles.

Building effective partnerships with Practice Managers and Operations leaders is key, as you develop talent pipelines and execute tailored sourcing strategies. This 9-month contract starts in January 2027 and includes a completion bonus.
