Position: Full-Time Recruitment & HR Coordinator

Location: Kamloops, BC

Salary: $68,000 per year

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

In this role, you will be a key player in workforce planning for our Specialized Supportive Housing and Community Support Services programs throughout BC.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment and work closely with local Leadership teams to drive the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process. You will be instrumental in bringing top talent onboard to strengthen our mission and provide exceptional support to the communities we serve.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources, preferably in high-volume full-cycle recruitment
- Solid administrative skillset
- Proficient knowledge of applicable legislation (BC Employment Standards, collective agreements, etc.)
- Robust written and verbal communication
- Strong ability to manage concurrent tasks and meet various deadlines
- Clear Criminal Record Check (agency conducted, expenses covered)
