Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of human anatomy and excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for each client. The Registered Massage Therapist will work in a supportive setting dedicated to health and holistic healing.

Duties

- Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health concerns and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or lifestyle adjustments as needed.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic operations.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all licensing, legal,



and ethical standards related to massage therapy practice.

Requirements

- Valid license or certification as a Registered Massage Therapist from an accredited program.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to client health assessments and treatment planning.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client questions or concerns.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.
- Commitment to maintaining professional development and staying current with industry best practices.
