We are seeking a professional and client-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join as an independent contractor.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient intakes and assessments.
- Provide protected, individualized massage therapy treatments.
- Obtain informed consent and maintain professional boundaries.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Follow CMTO standards and infection prevention and control procedures.
- Deliver excellent patient care and customer service.
Requirements:
- Current registration in good standing with the CMTO.
- Valid professional liability insurance is mandatory.
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
- Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical practice.
Compensation: 60/40 revenue split - 60% to the RMT and 40% to the clinic. Schedule: Flexible scheduling.
Position Type: Independent Contractor.
