As a member of an interdisciplinary team, you will focus on client-centered psychiatric care, including care plan development and medication administration. Your skills in Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will be crucial. Conduct mental status assessments for adolescent clients
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Engage in evidence-based care discussions and evaluations Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- psychiatric nursing certification preferred
- 3 years of nursing experience with adolescents
