Facility: Jim Pattison Children's Hospital Type: Part time regular Shift Information: Days, Nights Number of Hours per Rotation: 6 shifts of 11.78 hours per 4 weeks Hours of Work: Weekend Worker Travel Required: No : The Clinical Coordinator, under the direction of the Manger, is primarily accountable for the system navigation and coordination of patient flow on the Nursing unit. This is achieved by the Coordinator having an ongoing awareness and involvement in workflow of the unit. Duties include bed management, discharge planning, advocating for the patient/family, identifying supply and equipment needs and assisting with Staff Scheduling.
Five years recent acute or community nursing experience Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Other Education and Training Nursing diploma is acceptable Scheduled hours of work may be reduced when a statutory holiday is recognized #
