Complete Psychological Services is seeking a casual (minimum 5 hr a week) or part-time (5-20hr a week) Registered Psychologist or Registered Provisional Psychologist, with clinical experience working with children, youth and families or adolescentsand adult clients. Hours in this role are flexible and can include one to three days a week (day or evening, with some weekend options if desired) with lots of room to grow in hours if desired. Some evenings or weekend availability will be required.

The right candidate will be registered with CAP, have their own practice insurance, have flexibility in hours, and be an independent and experienced hard worker. Supervision can be discussed with a different pay split proposal. The position is for a psychologist/therapist to work under the company as a sub-contractor that will be supported by the company in building a client caseload and supported throughout their work with access to several company materials and resources.

At this time, we are looking for several roles and more diversity in our team, so flexibly in skills and areas of specific modalities are welcomed. Those with formal trainings and specific areas of focus will be ideal.

The candidate must have at least 1 year experience providing direct counselling services or direct work and work competently and independantly. There is some flexibility on an agreeable rate based on experience and qualifications. Having a specialty in specific therapy approaches is desired and must be supported with certification and experience.

Experience in private practice also preferred but not necessary for an eager and ready to learn confident therapist that can thrive in this environment. The right person must be independant, confident, and provide ethical and effective therapy. This role requires use of your own phone and laptop while upholding company security and confidentiallity policies.
