You'll work to tailor financing packages to meet your customers' needs, including both lending and non-lending products, and help them succeed. Work with customers to build financing packages that meet their business needs Build relationships with FCC customers and internal partners Travel to customer farms and offices to understand their business needs and provide tailored support Analyze customer financial information Create, process and approve recent credit facilities A bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, commerce or a related field Minimum one year of related experience in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, business development or sales (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partners Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners Valid driver's licence and the ability to travel for customer meetings Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, agricultural or advisory setting At FCC, we're committed to creating an inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace - one that reflects the communities where we live, work and play.
