Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow the roofing service business. Collaborate with local and national teams to support client needs and promote Flynn’s brand.

Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service solutions. Follow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities to ensure client satisfaction. Support marketing efforts through strategic initiatives and social media engagement.

Deliver virtual presentations to clients and stakeholders. Contribute to business development and support corporate initiatives. Competitive wages and benefits On-going career development courses and programs through our in-house Flynn University Service Roofing or Sales experience is considered an asset.





Roofing knowledge. Estimating experience in an asset. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with solid time management abilities. A relationship-focused mindset with a passion for client service and business growth.

Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to expand Flynn’s service offerings. Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific tools such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD. Solid understanding of contract documents and estimating principles.
