Saguenay (Québec) or Home Office (Canada or Worldwide) Apply Develop, train, refine and deploy multimodal large-scale language models (LLMs) using the Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) approach. Evaluate and improve the performance of AI models, and conduct analyses to detect and correct biases.

Drive the collection, construction and annotation of specialized datasets, training LLMs for different tasks and applications. Promote the improvement of product quality, safety and performance. Excellent programming skills in Python with a solid grounding in programming, optimizations and software design.

Solid understanding of ML/DL techniques, algorithms and tools, particularly CNNs, RNNs (LSTMs) and Transformers (BERT, BART, GPT/T5, LLMs).





Experience in the development of conversational AI: natural language understanding, natural language generation, dialogue systems, machine translation, etc.

Experience with training BERT and GPT models, with fluency in PyTorch and NLP techniques. Ability to work in a highly agile and intensely iterative software development process. Keep abreast of recent advances in artificial intelligence.
