Pitcher & Doyle is hiring for a Claims Administrator who is bilingual in English and French.

The Claims

Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing, tracking, and management of claims. This role involves reviewing claim documentation, coordinating with internal departments and external parties, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and certificate requirements. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience in claims handling or administrative support.

Receive, review, and process incoming claims in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain and update claims records in the claims management system. Verify claim information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with certificate requirements.

Communicate with claimants, insurance companies, vendors, and internal teams to obtain required documentation or clarify details. Monitor claim statuses and ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Prepare and distribute regular reports on claims activity, trends, and outstanding issues.

Support claims adjusters or examiners with administrative tasks.



Identify discrepancies or potential fraud and elevate as necessary. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Minimum of 1 year of administrative or customer service experience; insurance industry experience is an asset Knowledge of claims processes and documentation requirements.
