Ford Credit Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Account Maintenance to support our network of Ford/Lincoln dealers. You will assess creditworthiness, negotiate payment arrangements, and act as a financial problem-solver to keep accounts current.

Based in Canada with remote work, you will join a cooperative team and participate in in-person training at the Edmonton office. The role requires flexibility to cover specified hours and strong communication and analytical skills.
