As a Claims Partnerships Advisor- Home Insurance, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining a network of suppliers and partners that meets the needs of the Assistance and Claims sector, while monitoring partner performance and supporting the growth of these business relationships. As a Claims Partnerships Advisor- Home Insurance, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Develop partnership strategies to meet the needs of the Assistance and Claims sector across different regions Work with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreements, policies, and procedures Handle complaints and concerns involving business partners Collaborate with claims adjusters and business partners on disputed cases to facilitate resolution Has a strong understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry and post-loss services Has customer service experience Demonstrates a strong customer focus and sound business judgment AI is in everyone’s hands, empowering you to increase your personal effectiveness while supporting the organization’s growth Versatile group insurance plans Competitive retirement savings plan Vacation program, wellness days,
