Client Services Coordinator Location Oakfield, NS (B2T 1E3) - Remote Type Full-time, permanent Hours Mon-Fri, typically 8:00 a.m.-Pay $25.00 per hour BBD Pest Services provides respectful, responsible and responsive pest control to homes and businesses across Atlantic Canada. At BBD, our technicians are out in the field protecting homes, businesses and housing communities. One hour you're helping a client on the phone; the next you're reconciling payments in QuickBooks or building tomorrow's technician schedule. 2+ years in an office administration, client service or bookkeeping role. ~ Hands-on experience with bookkeeping tasks: invoicing, payment reconciliation and accounts receivable. ~ Transparent, friendly communication by phone and email, including with frustrated clients. ~ Comfort learning new software and working in several systems at once. ~ This is a strong asset.

Experience with field service software such as GorillaDesk, Jobber or ServiceTitan. Payroll processing experience.

Background in a trades, home services or dispatch environment. Client service and scheduling Send service agreements and preparation documents before each job.



Set up new accounts and work with field teams to launch them smoothly.

Follow up on estimates, and offer monthly programs to clients after their final service. Contracts and multi-unit programs Track residential and commercial agreements, and send renewals at least 45 days before they expire. Coordinate monthly canine inspection sweeps for housing clients, including notices, purchase orders and follow-up on missed units.

Keep the contract tracker and client files accurate and current. Process daily invoicing and payment reconciliation, and sync transactions to QuickBooks. Send weekly statements and manage accounts receivable.

Payroll and team support Prepare biweekly payroll and track vacation and time off. Order inventory, office supplies and uniforms; track company assets. Continuous improvement Find smarter ways to use GorillaDesk and improve office processes.

Flexible hours - a typical day is 8 a.m. 2 weeks' paid vacation to start. ~ All statutory holidays paid, plus Thanksgiving. ~
