About Us Eterio Realities Inc. is a software company in Victoria, British Columbia, building augmented reality tools for industrial manufacturing. Our story began in 2010, out of challenges encountered during the construction of the Sparkling Hill Resort in Vernon, B.We have built FabStation , an AR-enabled manufacturing execution system used by 250+ fabrication shops in 30+ countries. FabStation replaces paper and 2D drawings on the shop floor with AR-guided assembly, dimensional inspection, and production tracking, and it integrates with the workflows shops already run.

Our mission is to empower steel fabricators with innovative augmented reality technology, revolutionizing the way they work. We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities that turn into revenue. You will prospect, engage, and qualify manufacturing companies, identifying real production challenges (rework, inefficiency, QA gaps) and booking high-quality demos for our Account Executives.

and LinkedIn Generate warm introductions and qualified demos for the Account Executive team Partner with Account Executives to progress deals Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and client records in our CRM Sharpen your messaging through coaching and performance data Hit sales targets and review your numbers regularly 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer support, preferred within the manufacturing industry ~ Strong interest in B2B sales (manufacturing or tech is a plus) ~ Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot) is an asset ~ Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and handling rejection ~ Fast learner who can quickly understand technical products and manufacturing workflows ~ Ability to confidently communicate value to executives, sales leaders, and operational teams ~ Exposure to manufacturing, construction, or technical products is highly preferred Paid vacation and sick days ~ 2,000 CAD tech stipend ~ Fully work from home environment ~ Company-wide holiday week closure over Christmas ~
