Hybrid — 1–2 days per week on-site in downtown Toronto Enverta Digital, part of Havas Canada, is a marketing technology and customer engagement consultancy that helps brands design, build, and optimize contemporary marketing ecosystems. Working at the intersection of data, technology, and customer experience, we partner closely with clients to deliver CRM strategy, marketing operations, and scalable martech solutions. We are seeking a Scrum Master who drives day-to-day delivery across digital projects — including email, web, and technical initiatives.

This role blends Agile project management, team coordination, and delivery oversight. You will partner with cross-functional teams to establish and align on project requirements, scope, processes, and timelines, while tracking progress, managing risks, and keeping work moving through the full project lifecycle. You will identify and elevate risks or blockers when additional support is needed to keep projects on track.

Develop, maintain and execute project plans from planning through to implementation, deployment and post-production Responsible for identifying, communicating, monitoring,



and responding to risk Monitor and control project change requests and assess their overall impact on project scope & schedule 5+ years project management experience working in an agency setting Proven time management skills, able to handle conflicting priorities and juggle multiple projects Knowledge of MS Office/Project, Jira and Confluence Knowledge of Email/Web process workflow Experience working with enterprise sized multi-national clients Ability to understand technologies applicable to a chosen project and facilitate resolution of technical issues as they arise Work across Agile delivery, project coordination, and cross-functional operations Opportunity to support projects within modern CRM and martech ecosystems Close collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward Exposure to leading platforms and technologies including Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, and Braze This role represents an active vacancy at Enverta Digital (a Havas company).
