Our AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital has a strong, close-knit team with excellent staff longevity and a supportive, approachable leadership team. Welcoming clients and their pets with friendly, compassionate customer service Scheduling veterinary appointments and helping manage daily appointment flow Answering phones, emails, and client questions Maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks Supporting the veterinary team wherever needed to provide an excellent client and patient experience At least 12 months of veterinary hospital or veterinary reception experience required Previous experience as a Client Service Representative,
