WellCare Homes is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional (LDSP) to supervise DSPs and provide direct care in a residential setting. The LDSP will help implement care plans, monitor resident well-being, and ensure compliance with Title 17/22 and company policies.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, safe transportation duties, and the ability to respond to emergencies. Full time, hourly pay in the range $26.00–$28.00 with overtime eligibility where applicable.
