Lead residential property operations for Morguard while delivering responsive resident service, team leadership, and disciplined financial oversight across assigned units.

The Property Manager oversees daily operations and in office staff while maintaining Morguard’s standards for customer service and operational excellence. This role manages resident interactions, inspections, service providers, leasing support, compliance, budgets, and transitions from new-build occupancy to stabilized operations. Success includes occupancy, service delivery, and financial stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver responsive, professional resident service and resolve inquiries
- Oversee inspections, move-ins, move-outs, and building standards
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, procurement, emergencies, and leasing support




- Lead on-site staff through planning, coaching, and feedback
- Monitor expenses, recoveries, rent collection, and operating budgets

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Three to five years’ property management or hospitality experience
- Experience leading teams and managing service providers
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Microsoft Office proficiency; Yardi experience is an asset
