Scott's Quality Lawn Care is looking for one ambitious and physically fit individual to fill the demanding role of a Crew Leader for the snow removal season. We are looking for someone who will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service that our company has become known for.
You and your partner will be responsible for approximately 35-40 residential snow removal clients. This job is physically demanding and difficult at times so you must be in very good physical condition. You will work when it snows so you must be watching your phone at all times and be available at a moment's notice. With a "work when it snows" type of schedule this will result in a good number of days off, however the hours and days you work will be sporadic. This position typically averages out to about 20 hours per week worked.
Of course there will be weeks where you won't work at all and weeks where you may work everyday. Some days will be easy and enjoyable, whereas other days can be extremely draining and test you physically and mentally.
You must be available every day during the 6 month period with the exception of Christmas Day as this is the only day that we do not guarantee our service to our clients. If it snows on Christmas Day, we go out the following day.
Crew Leaders will enjoy the perk of selecting two weekends per season that they would like to have off regardless of if it snows or not. You will be granted the opportunity to pick a weekend off subject to availability and then a second weekend in the New Year provided that you have not missed any days or been late for any work days.

We also offer full benefits after 3 months of employment. There will also be opportunity to transition into a coveted spot on our lawn mowing crews if you impress us or on the spray crews for the 2027 season as we do expect to have some open spots. The lawn mowing crew pays a little more than the winter position.
