Brighter Staffing Agency is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth within our rapidly expanding company. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including but not limited to: managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and increasing profitability.
You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers. Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling,
and performance evaluations - Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures - Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supply - Maintain high quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness - Analyze sales data and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Minimum of 3 years experience in a restaurant management role - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred - Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends - Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends We offer competitive salary and advantages packages, as well as opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.
