Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and update product labels, price tags, promotional posters, and in-store signage.
- Organize product information and create clear, accurate bilingual (English/Chinese) product descriptions and feature displays.
- Maintain and update electronic shelf label (ESL) templates.
- Verify product details, including SKUs, prices, specifications, promotional dates, and artwork versions.
- Prepare print-ready files and assist with printing, laminating, and signage installation.
- Support seasonal store decorations, promotional displays, and visual merchandising activities.
- Maintain consistent store signage and visual presentation according to company standards.
- Occasionally participate in social media videos and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with purchasing, pricing, marketing, and store teams to ensure information accuracy.

Qualifications
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin)



and English is mandatory, including solid reading and writing skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and ability to work across departments.
- Comfortable with hands-on production tasks and occasional on-camera appearances.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between store locations.
- Previous experience in retail graphic design, signage production, or visual merchandising is an asset.
- Experience with electronic shelf label (ESL) systems is an asset but not required.
