Key Responsibilities: Monitor entrances, exits, sales floors,



and designated areas Conduct patrols and maintain a visible qualified presence Identify and report suspicious behaviour under established protocols Welcome customers courteously and provide assistance when required Complete logs, reports, and incident documentation accurately Requirements: Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence Excellent observation, communication, and customer service skills Strong situational awareness throughout the assigned shift Ability to de-escalate conflicts safely and professionally Monday-to-Friday availability and reliable attendance Bring discretion, sound judgment, and polished customer service to protect customers, employees, and visitors at Toronto Eaton Centre.
