Airsafe Consulting Ltd. is seeking motivated, safety-focused Road Control Workers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining safe work environments, and are committed to protecting workers, motorists, and the public.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, monitor, and remove traffic control devices and signage.
- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely through work zones.
- Follow approved traffic accommodation and traffic management plans.
- Conduct site hazard assessments and report unsafe conditions.
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors, crew members, and motorists.
- Complete required documentation, inspections, and reports.
- Adhere to Airsafe's Health and Safety Management Program, policies, and procedures.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and the public.

Qualifications

- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Previous traffic control, construction, or road maintenance experience.
- First Aid/CPR certification, CSO, and H2S Alive
- Oilfield experience.
- Oilfield radio experience.

Working Conditions

- Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Flexible scheduling, including potential evenings, weekends, and overtime.
- Travel to project locations as required.
