We house the largest inventory to better service our customers and deliver on sales commitments. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our Vancouver team at Texcan. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, ideally with proven success selling industrial and commercial products within a B2B environment.

This role requires a strong understanding of solution selling, sales margins, product sourcing, pricing, and negotiations.



The candidate must demonstrate progressive sales accomplishments and possess strong business acumen with a professional approach to offering effective services and solutions. Contacting current customers and identifying new products and potential up-selling.

Opening new accounts. Developing customer base and sales leads by making cold and warm calls. Providing technical support on products. Troubleshooting logistics and expediting issues. Performing maintenance and updating of customers' accounts including contact names for future sales.

Keeping up to date on new products, services, procedures and tools by attending training and departmental meetings. A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience. A background in selling industrial and commercial products is an asset.

Experience selling into trade channels, including HVAC contractors, commercial and industrial clients, and residential businesses, is preferred. The role includes a strong understanding of sales margins, product sourcing, pricing and negotiations. Candidate must show progressive sales accomplishments.
