Route Customer Representative (Delivery Driver) Job Category : Canada Posted : October 16, 2026 Full-Time Rate : $26.25 CAD per hour Classification : Exempt for Commission/Non-Exempt for Hourly The Route Customer Representative supports the Service Department by delivering products, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services. This role is also responsible for supporting route operations and resolving service concerns.

Load and unload products and move carts weighing up to 500 pounds while providing outstanding customer service. Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and communicate effectively with decision-makers.

Proactively identify and resolve customer service concerns. Follow established Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for installations, deliveries, and account management. Maintain accurate inventories, route books, customer files, and related documentation.

Process customer payments, credits,



and change orders accurately. Prospect with potential customers within assigned routes; Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized truck. Monitor customer accounts and report customer feedback, competitive activity, and service opportunities.

Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Operations teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. At least two years of relevant experience in customer service, delivery, or other public-facing work.

Strong customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills. Willingness and ability to support other Service Department team members as needed. Daily travel on public roads and frequent movement in and out of customer locations.

Work may take place in loading areas, industrial laundry facilities, service centers, depots, and both indoor and outdoor environments. Ability to safely operate company vehicles and work in a variety of customer and facility settings.
