Execute Retail Essentials

Adhere to Aesop’s grooming guidelines and uphold our retail standards, ensuring the 'five senses' experience is consistently delivered. Diligently complete stock, inventory, and store presentation tasks.

Experience successfully working as part of a customer-focused team, ideally within retail or hospitality, with a keen eye for detail in selling and delivering tailored experiences. A merchant mindset, both customer-focused and commercially driven Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs.
