We are looking for a passionate Supervisor, Sales and Kiosks for our kiosks located in the Ottawa and Gatineau region, to join our village.

We are a passionate and dedicated team at Nordik Spa Village — always enthusiastic, helpful, conscientious, discreet, and above all, respectful. We care deeply about everyone — guests and artisans alike — within our wellness village. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Kiosk Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Nordik Spa Village's temporary kiosks in the Ottawa-Gatineau region throughout the holiday season.

They will also oversee the day-to-day operational management of the team. Contribute to work schedule planning and the management of unforeseen situations and emergencies. Participate in inventory and order management.

Act as a resource person for associates (handling complaints and special requests).





Manage the entire sales cycle: identify needs, close sales, and support associates in carrying out their daily tasks. Support the Marketing Manager ahead of the kiosk launch (material preparation, logistical support). A minimum of 3 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, administration, human resources management, customer service and/or sales.

A minimum of one year of experience in team management. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Availability and the ability to travel quickly between the various kiosks. Excellent command of MS Office 365 and an aptitude for learning new technologies.

Robust organizational, planning, and follow-up skills, along with a high level of professional rigour. Bilingualism (French and English). Full-time position. Available from October 25 to January 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension within Nordik Spa Village based on your performance and operational needs.

Competitive salary based on the current Nordik Spa Village salary scale.
