RiskAware is a boutique cyber security firm providing security-focused advisory and consulting services for a wide range of organizations - including SMB, start-ups and corporations. Our clients past and present have trusted us to help them through the myriad of complexities and help them become more resilient and lower their risk.

We are looking for a sales / business development representative to join our growing team and business in Cyber Security. This prospect gives a sales professional an opportunity to make a difference with an up-and-coming and industry recognized company in a thriving and growing industry.

As a sales / business development representative, you will:

· Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects

· Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer





· Determine the prospect's interest in products and services offered by the company

· Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects

· Collaborate with team members to build opportunities to brainstorm and share experiences

· Identify and review sales opportunities via outbound and inbound marketing-generated leads

Required qualifications

· Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills

· Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role

· Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures

· At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience

· Interest in Cyber Security and Privacy

· Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing preferred

Desired qualifications

· Familiarity with HubSpot and Seamless.ai would be a bonus

· Basic understanding of Cybersecurity

Location

Though we prefer a candidate in the Toronto area, we are open to a remote model with a candidate in North America
