This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven sales qualified who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working closely with advisors and national accounts. Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with advisors and distribution partners

Motivate and support national account relationships to drive growth

Develop deep product knowledge and stay informed on market competition

Segment and strategically manage advisor/distributor relationships

Monitor persistency, cancellations, and overall book performance

Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and adjust strategies as needed

Collaborate closely with internal teams and head office stakeholders

Manage expenses effectively and operate with strong business discipline

Contribute to a high-performing,



collaborative sales culture Self-motivated with excellent time management skills

Experience in insurance, financial services, or advisor-based distribution is an asset

LLQP designation is considered an asset Fully remote with flexibility and autonomy
