LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing organization to identify a Sales Engineerwho enjoys working directly with customers, solving complex technical challenges, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal engineering, operations, quality, and commercial teams

Support application development, product qualifications, troubleshooting, and commercialization efforts

Review customer requirements, RFQs, specifications, and technical proposals

Identify current business opportunities and help expand existing customer relationships

Provide on-site customer support and travel throughout North America

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Metallurgy, or a related technical field

5+ years of technical sales, application engineering, product engineering, or customer-facing engineering experience

Manufacturing industry experience required

Background in specialty materials, metals, chemicals, powder metallurgy, or advanced manufacturing preferred

Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

Ability to travel approximately 35-45%
