Compensation: Commission-based, with strong earning potential based on sales performance.
We’re looking for someone with sales and estimating experience to attend in-home appointments for kitchen cabinet refinishing projects throughout the GTA.
Responsibilities
- Meet homeowners, assess project scope and prepare accurate quotes.
- Explain the refinishing process and answer customer questions.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales.
- Keep customer records and project details organized.
Requirements:
- Previous sales and estimating experience.
- Experience in painting, cabinetry, renovations or related trades preferred.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and your own reliable car are required.
