We are excited to be opening a new location in Mississauga, Ontario, and are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates.

At West Coast Kids, selling is about more than products — it’s about people. Our customers rely on us for knowledgeable guidance, thoughtful recommendations, and a welcoming shopping experience. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help families make informed decisions, build customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our store.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, take pride in delivering exceptional service, and are motivated to achieve sales goals. What You’ll Bring to the Team

- Customer Service: A genuine interest in helping customers and creating positive shopping experiences.
- Sales Drive: The motivation to meet sales goals, make thoughtful recommendations, and turn customer needs into solutions.
- Communication: Strong listening skills and the ability to connect with customers and colleagues.
- Technology:



Confidence using computers and the ability to learn our in-store POS system and programs.
- Attention to Detail: Pride in maintaining store presentation, visual merchandising, and organization.
- Teamwork: A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to assist with inventory, order processing, and other store responsibilities.

What You’ll Need
- A minimum of 2 years of retail sales and customer service experience.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
- A dependable, motivated approach and a willingness to learn.
- An interest in growing your product knowledge and developing within our business.
