Five Star Bath Solutions of Ottawa is seeking an exceptional, highly driven Sales Manager to lead our next phase of growth.

We have an established brand, a proven franchise sales process, and a consistent pipeline of qualified homeowner appointments.

Our opportunity is clear: dramatically improve sales conversion by building, training, and leading an exceptional team.

We need someone who thrives on ambitious targets, believes in disciplined sales execution, and knows how to turn promising individuals into outstanding closers.

What You'll Do

- Drive Sales Performance: Take ownership of closing rates, team productivity, and revenue growth.
- Execute the Proven Process: Ensure every salesperson consistently follows our established franchise sales methodology.
- Recruit & Build: Identify, hire, and develop high-potential salespeople, including talent from outside the remodeling industry.
- Coach in the Field: Conduct ride-alongs, observe presentations, identify weaknesses, and provide hands-on coaching that produces measurable improvement.
- Create Accountability: Establish high performance standards, track individual results, and build a culture of continuous improvement.





Who We're Looking For

- A proven sales leader with an exceptional drive to achieve results.
- Demonstrated success improving sales-team conversion rates.
- Solid recruiting, training, and talent-development capabilities.
- Experience in high-ticket, consultative sales; residential home improvement experience is strongly preferred.
- Someone who leads from the front, enjoys coaching, and takes personal ownership of team performance.
- A disciplined operator who believes in executing a proven sales process rather than constantly reinventing it.
