Utilize scheduling tools in our CRM system (Salesforce), maintain client profiles, send out marketing materials and complete ad hoc requests. Track and monitor expenses and business promotional activities in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all expenses and activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Provide administrative support, including maintaining daily and weekly sales reports.

You have bachelor’s degree with a preference in business. You have 1-3 years of solid background in sales/marketing, including calling in the financial industry.



You understand and anticipate the needs of customers and provide them with the highest level of service.

You have strong organizational and time management skills. You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce, and you can leverage AI to work effectively. You are a collaborative team player who thinks outside the box to find creative solutions.
