Award-winning design-build renovator Vaughan / GTA Full time We do fixed-price, whole-home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, and additions for homeowners who plan to stay put. We recently won the CHBA National Award for Best Home Renovation in Canada. You listen, you understand their vision, you sell the project, and you stay involved through design and construction so what was sold is what gets built.

But before any of that, you have to fill your own pipeline. You don't wait for the phone to ring. You generate your own leads, follow up fast, and keep your pipeline full. Referrals are a bonus, not your whole plan.

This is one of the easiest ways we grow, and we need someone who's comfortable picking up the phone and asking. Run a clear sales process. Stay involved after the sale. Work with our design team on space planning and selections, coordinate with the construction PM, make site visits, and solve problems before they blow up.

One-on-one training with the owner and the team for your first 90 days, and ongoing coaching after. lead your own sales team) Paid bi-weekly. Flexible hours Office hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30-5:30, but client evenings and weekends come with the territory. Incredible customer service (we are people pleasers) 3-5 years of sales experience in residential renovation, construction, or interior design.

A design or architectural-tech background is a strong asset, not a must. Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to read architectural drawings (AutoCAD/Revit a plus, not required). It's your second office.

The idea of cold outreach or calling past clients makes you want to hide. You go quiet or vague when it's time to ask for the budget, the sale, or the referral. You take coaching, nod along, agree it makes sense and then change nothing.

You need a rigid 9-to-5 and can't flex for the odd client evening or weekend.
