Planning

Manager , you will be the business owner of how inventory is positioned across our branch network. You will shape the SAP planning strategy that keeps branches stocked, customers served & inventory investment efficient. You will work with Branch Operations, Procurement & Logistics, and your decisions will affect service levels across the network.

Lead inventory planning & replenishment across all CRL distribution branches Own SAP planning parameters, including MRP settings, safety stock levels,



reorder points & replenishment rules Design & execute branch-to-branch and warehouse-to-branch Stock Transfer Order (STO) strategies Spot inventory imbalances early & move stock to where demand is Partner with Branch Operations, Procurement & Logistics to resolve shortages & improve deployment Drive continuous improvement & automation of planning processes within SAP Contribute to SAP enhancements, system upgrades & planning projects 5+ years in inventory planning, replenishment, procurement or supply chain operations Strong working knowledge of SAP MM, MRP & STO processes Experience managing inventory across a multi-site distribution network A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations or a related field, 5+ years of procurement leadership experience in place of a degree Planning certifications (CPIM / CSCP) preferred Work-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can choose Compensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonuses Training – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed OBE Privacy Policy
