Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisitions (SmartRecuiters & Onboarding) modules based on business requirements

Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience

Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users

Proven experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (SmartRecuiters & Onboarding) modules

Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules





Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project

Working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations)

Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors projects for Talent Acquisition (SmartRecuiters & Onboarding) modules

Experience leading client workshops, and creating of documentation and training materials
