As a Product Owner, you will contribute to the evolution of solutions that support critical processes for iA Financial Group. Working closely with the ecosystem’s Product Manager, business partners, and technology teams, you will help define priorities, evolve the roadmap, and achieve targeted business outcomes. As a Product Owner, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Determine priorities and sequence initiatives based on expected value, risks, dependencies, and delivery capacity.

Understand user journeys, identify pain points, and validate solution hypotheses using data and field observations.

Structure and manage the backlog in Azure DevOps, including epics, features, and acceptance criteria.

Work closely with analysts, architects, developers, and quality specialists to support the delivery of initiatives.

Monitor execution, coordinate dependencies, and approve production releases while ensuring quality and effective risk management.

Measure product performance, recommend continuous improvements, and use artificial intelligence tools to optimize analyses, documentation, and decision-making.

Stands out for their ability to understand complex needs, analyze data, and turn challenges into practical solutions.

Has hands‑on product management experience, including discovery, roadmap development, value‑based prioritization, incremental delivery, and benefits measurement. Demonstrates the ability to interpret usage and operational data to support decision‑making and continuous improvement. Has hands‑on experience using generative artificial intelligence in product activities or the software development lifecycle.

Is familiar with Azure DevOps or a comparable backlog management tool and is comfortable working in an Agile environment.
