Bramalea Tire is looking for a friendly, upbeat and organized person to help run our front counter during the busy winter tire season.

You'll greet customers, check them in for appointments, answer calls, book appointments and process payments. We need someone who learns quickly, keeps things moving and stays calm and professional when customers are impatient or the shop gets busy.

- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Job type: Full-time, temporary / seasonal
- Term: Immediate start through mid-to-late December
- Location: 2020 Clark Blvd., Unit 6, Brampton, ON L6T 5R4 (in person)

What you'll do

- Welcome customers and check them in for their appointments.
- Book and confirm appointments in our scheduling system.
- Answer phone calls and assist with general inquiries.
- Process payments accurately and provide receipts.
- Coordinate with the service team and keep customers updated.
- Handle customer concerns respectfully and involve a manager when needed.
- Keep customer information accurate and the front counter organized.

What we're looking for

- Clear communication and a friendly, confident phone manner.
- Good judgment, attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
- The ability to juggle customers, calls and appointments without losing track of details.
- Patience and confidence when dealing with demanding customers.
- Comfort using computers and learning recent software.
- Reliability, punctuality and availability for the seasonal term.

Customer service, retail, reception or cash-handling experience is an asset. Tire or automotive knowledge is a bonus, but not required. Training provided.
