We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our retail team during peak seasons. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product information, demonstrations, and technical features to enhance their understanding and purchase decisions
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Handle cashiering duties efficiently,



including basic math calculations and phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone
- Manage time effectively to ensure smooth store operations during busy periods
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing products according to company standards and promotional plans
- Engage with customers in multiple languages if bilingual, enhancing accessibility for diverse clientele

Experience

- Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for product demos and POS systems
- Experience in technology sales or merchandising is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with customers effectively
- Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous cashiering or cash handling experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Familiarity with retail environments, basic math skills, and phone etiquette will support success in this role

Pay: $17.60 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 24.0 per week
