Guard - Triage Site: Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital Overtime is AA after 88 hrs Posting Date: October 8, 2026 Internal Posting Closing Date: October 15, 2026 External Posting Closing Date: October 22, 2026 Conduct regular rounds of hospital premises, including parking areas, hallways, patient rooms, entrances, and exits, to ensure the safety and security of the site. Operate security cameras and alarm systems, ensuring any suspicious activity is reported immediately to the appropriate authorities. Monitor and control entry points to the hospital, ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed access to restricted areas.

Act quickly in emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, fire alarms, or security threats. Assist hospital staff as needed during crises and evacuations. Greeting and assisting visitors, patients, and hospital staff.

Provide directions and ensure that guests adhere to hospital policies and procedures. Complete reports on incidents, breaches, and security concerns. Work closely with hospital staff and local law enforcement to provide a coordinated security effort and ensure the safety of all parties involved.

Ensure that hospital policies, including visitor and patient protocols, are followed.
