Join our dynamic team as a Roadside Patrol Mechanic and help us deliver exceptional assistance to our members when they need it most. Working on a flexible rotating roster of 8-hour shifts between 6:00am and 11:30pm, Monday to Sunday, your key responsibilities will include: Responding to roadside assistance callouts, providing prompt and effective mechanical support to RAC members.

Performing minor mechanical repairs, adjustments, and services including battery replacements, tyre changes, and jump-starts. Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring member safety and satisfaction during challenging situations.



Maintaining accurate and detailed service records in line with RAC's policies and procedures.

Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with strong diagnostic and repair capabilities across various makes and models. Relevant trade qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.

A customer-first mindset, with the ability to provide calm and supportive assistance under pressure.
