Title: Security Professional - Site Supervisor - Corporate

Pay-rate: $20.70 per hour

Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced and Security Professional - Site Supervisor - Corporate to oversee security operations at a high‑profile corporate facility in North York. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships while ensuring a safe and secure workplace.

Supervise and lead a team of security professionals, ensuring adherence to site policies, procedures, and performance standards.





Act as the primary point of contact between the client and security team, fostering strong skilled relationships.

Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and stakeholders.

Conduct regular site inspections and security audits to ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements.

Monitor and respond to security incidents, emergencies, and escalated situations in a professional and timely manner.

Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management of security personnel.

Ensure all security staff maintain a skilled appearance and uphold company standards.

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.

Previous experience in a Security Superviso role within a corporate or commercial environment.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing is considered an asset.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.

Must be at least 18 years old.
