We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accounting Analyst to join our finance team.



This role plays a key part in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement, supporting accurate accounting operations and informed business decisions. Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analyses Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies Support internal and external audits, including documentation and audit requests Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Mentor junior accounting staff as needed You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) You are a CPA or CPA-eligible preferred You have 4–7+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience You have Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) Market-competitive salary + other benefits
