Elevate cultural services as a Senior Advisor for Museums & Collections in Brampton. Provide strategic guidance and operational readiness for the transition of the Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives. This full-time, temporary role reports directly to the Director, Cultural Services.

You will lead the integration of Museums & Collections services while developing an effective and sustainable operational model. Essential leadership skills are required to navigate multi-party governance, ensuring alignment with strategic directions as the transition progresses towards 2028. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead development of integrated Museums & Collections service framework
- Translate Transition Board direction into City service delivery models
- Identify and document readiness requirements for PAMA transfer




- Develop and oversee collections management strategies for Bovaird House
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on transition planning Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in Museum Studies or related field
- Minimum 10 years in museum operations or cultural planning
- Experience in service model development and organizational transformation
- Solid project leadership and strategic thinking skills
